Arturo Gramajo

Arturo Gramajo was a rich playboy from Argentina who Muriel & Bob first met in 1925 in Paris. It is probable that this is the same Arturo Gramajo who was part of the Argentine bobsled team in the 1928 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz, Switzerland.

There is another story of the Argentine playboy, Arturo Gramajo, who was staying at the Hotel Ritz in Paris.  He  got hungry in the middle of the night, but the kitchen was closed.  He got the night manager to open the kitchen and threw whatever he could in a frying pan.  The dish, which contained, among other things, scrambled eggs, ham, French fries, became famous and is still served today. It is known as revuelto Gramajo.
